What is your cancelation/no-show/late policy?Unfortunately, life happens sometimes and you may have to cancel. If this is the case, no worries. Please give me a 48-hour notice if possible and we can get you rescheduled for a later date or refund 75% of your session's total cost. If you are late for a session your session will still happen, however it will end at the same time. Try your best to get to your session 15 min early so we can maximize all of our time together. If you are a no-call no-show I unfortunately cannot issue any refunds. I would have loved to work with you and it makes me sad that I didn't get to, however, that is time that another person could have used to book a session. Please be considerate and let me know ahead of time if you are not able to make it so I can accommodate you accordingly. *

Will you travel?Yes, I will travel to most places in North Carolina and the surrounding area without any additional travel fees. If an additional travel fee is needed, then it will be discussed before you book your session!

What is your payment process?Upon booking you will be required to pay a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your session date. The rest of the payment will be due 10 days before your session date (unless otherwise stated in contract).

Can I have the RAW or unedited versions?Unfortunately, I do not offer RAW images under any circumstance. Photography is an art form, and the images you receive are a representation of my art as an artist. To offer images that are unedited or in their RAW form would compromise my art and all the work I have put into perfecting it.

How will I receive my images?You will receive all of your images via an online gallery. This gallery will be password protected so only you have access to download your images. You will have full rights to all of your images. The gallery will contain around 50+ of the best images captured during your session. *

What if I don't see the type of session I want listed?Don't worry! I have categorized most sessions types that are not weddings and couples in the creative session section of my packages. However, if you have a bigger project or aren't sure you can contact me personally at Carouselkphotography@gmail.com and we can find a session that is right for you!

How long will I have access to my online gallery?You will have access to your personal online gallery for 3 months after the gallery delivery date. Unfortunately, I cannot provide storage forever. As much as I would love for you to always have access to your photos, I need you to download them. Don't worry; I will send you an email a little before your gallery expires so you can make sure you have all of your photos. If you still need access after the date, I offer an additional month of access for a $25 fee. Please email me and let me know if this is the case.

How long will it take to get my pictures?The time varies depending on what type of session you booked. For creative and couple sessions, you will receive your photos within 2 weeks of shooting unless otherwise agreed upon. For weddings and elopement, you will receive your photos within 6-8 weeks of your wedding date unless otherwise agreed upon. Additionally, for weddings and elopements, you will receive a 10-picture sneak peak gallery within 48 hours of your wedding day.

Are you LGBTQ+ Friendly?Of course!! I am everyone friendly (unless of course, you are not everyone friendly, then I will not be you friendly because we all deserve respect). I welcome everyone and anyone with open arms!

What should I wear?This is ultimately up to you! During our brainstorming call, I will throw around ideas and help you pick the right outfits!
